Information on directors’ remuneration

In accordance with Regional Law 8 February 2010, n.2 – Art.4, (Regulations for the rationalisation, transparency and cost containment of the management bodies of companies and bodies with regional participation), the data relating to the remuneration of the Company’s directors are published: The total and all-inclusive annual gross emolument of the President is 15,000 euros. The overall and all-inclusive annual gross emolument of the CEO is 25,000 euros. The attendance fee for members of the Board of Directors is 200 euros. The President and CEO do not receive an attendance fee.
