General Provisions

The General Provisions subsection refers to the obligations to publish regulatory, administrative, and organizational data and information relating to the Public Administration.

Legislative Decree No. 33 of March 14, 2013, reorganizes publication obligations for the purposes of transparency, identifying the content that the Public Administration and all private law entities that carry out activities of general interest using public resources are required to publish on their institutional websites and keep updated.
